nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC / IRM Product Manager & Solution Designer with robust expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Analysis capabilities.
nThe ideal candidate will lead enterprise governance, risk, and compliance transformation initiatives using the ServiceNow platform. The role involves solution architecture, product strategy, stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and implementation governance for enterprise-wide GRC/IRM programs.The candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, enterprise risk frameworks, compliance management, and business process analysis while collaborating with business, security, audit, compliance, and technology teams.
nKey Responsibilities
nLead architecture, design,



and implementation of ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions across enterprise environments.
nDefine product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
nDesign and implement solutions for:
nIntegrated Risk Management (IRM)
nBusiness Continuity Management (BCM)
nThird-Party Risk Management (TPRM)Policy & Compliance Management
nAudit Management
nRisk & Control Frameworks
nConduct business analysis, requirement gathering, process assessment, and stakeholder workshops
nTranslate business and compliance requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Drive enterprise governance and standardization for risk and compliance processes
nCollaborate with security, audit, legal, vendor management, and business teams
nDefine governance models, workflows, KPIs, reporting, and operational dashboards
nProvide consulting and thought leadership on risk management, resilience, and regulator
