nTata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
nTata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.
nKey Responsibilities:
nP2P Operations Management

- Lead and manage the complete P2P cycle—PR creation, approvals, PO issuance, GRN, invoice processing, and payments.n
- Ensure adherence to timelines to avoid project delays, material shortages, and payment escalations.n
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements.n

n2. Category Management

- Oversee procurement and P2P activities for:n




- Construction & Project Capexn
- Indirect procurement including IT hardware, software, and servicesn
- Equipment, tools, and machineryn
- Raw materials, consumables, sparesn
- Ensure category‐specific compliance, documentation, and contract adherence.n

n3. People & Stakeholder Leadership

- Lead the site P2P team, ensuring capability building, performance management, and robust cross‐functional collaboration.n
- Partner closely with Project, Finance, Engineering, IT, Operations, Planning, and Corporate Procurement teams.n
- Manage supplier interactions related to P2P, invoicing, and payments.n

n4. Systems, Controls & Compliance

- Own the effective use of ERP/Ariba/SAP and P2P tools at the site.n
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements, internal controls, and DoA guidelines.n
- Oversee accurate documentation for all procurement and payment processes.n
