nMin. 5 yrs of experience in HIGHRISE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION (Only Apply)
nLocation : Indiranagar, Bangalore
nIndustry : Real Estate - Housing Construction Only
nExpected Experience : 6-8 years
nNotice Period : Immediate
nQualification : B.Arch / M.Arch
nRemuneration : 8 – 10 lacs per annum
nKey Skills :
n1) experience in handling high rise projects with good understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
n2) Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
n3) Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
n4) Preference for experience in developers office
n5) Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
n6) Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check
n7) Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
n8) Positive Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office
