nThis is the first quota-carrying leadership hire for the practice. If you've sold NetSuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, Dynamics 365, Infor, Acumatica, Workday Financials, or SAP into US mid-market buyers and consistently hit your number, we want to talk. SAP background is an advantage, not a gate.
nWhat you own

- The revenue target. Quarterly and annual bookings, carried personally.n
- New logo acquisition. Net-new mid-market accounts ($100M–$1B revenue) across the US and Canada.n
- The SAP relationship. SAP's own sales reps can hand you deals. Building those relationships and turning them into signed business is on you.n
- How we sell. We don't have a sales process yet. You decide which deals we chase, how we price them, how proposals get built, and how the forecast is runn

- Run the full cycle: prospecting through signature.n
- Qualify hard against fixed-scope fit — protect delivery from deals that don't belong in a fixed-price model.n




- Build and defend an accurate forecast.n

nWork the SAP ecosystem

- n
- Develop working relationships with SAP account executives, partner managers, and GROW Quick sales teams.n
- Source and close co-sell deals; represent RS Integrators at SAP partner events and joint GTM activity.n

nOpen executive doors
n
- n
- Sell to CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CEOs at mid-market companies outgrowing QuickBooks, NetSuite, legacy ECC, or homegrown systems.n
- Lead executive discovery, business-case conversations, and commercial negotiation.n

nBuild the machine
n
- n
- Partner with presales and delivery on scope, estimates, and proposals.n
- Feed marketing what the market is actually saying — objections, competitors, pricing pressure.n

nWhat you bring
