- Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilitiesn
- Track and close utility alarms within service level agreementn
- Record power consumption of utility equipmentn
- Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipmentn
- Provide project progress on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basisn
- Prepare and maintain MIS and reports for monitoring efficiencyn
- Adhere to quality and safety standardsn
- Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipmentn
- Monitor and maintain ownership for large facilities and project operations as per service level agreementn
