nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Track & monitor receivables from e-commerce marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, etc.)n
- Manage accounts receivable process for e-commerce industry, ensuring timely collection of customer payments.n
- Handle chargebacks, file claims/disputes,
and reconcile payment gateway transactions accurately.n
- Prepare GST returns on outward supplies and maintain records according to accounting standards (AS).n
- Utilize Zoho Books or Tally software to manage financial operations efficiently.n
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, and billing.n
- Ensure GST compliance and accuracy of supporting documentationn
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, customer service) to resolve order/return issuesn
- Support monthly closing and accrual/provision accounting activitiesn
- Verify and validate deductions such as commissions, logistics charges, penalties, and adjustmentsn
- Support internal and external audits as requiredn
