eWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President – Business Development & Strategic Growt h to lead our national business expansion initiatives in the Credit Rating Advisory and Financial Service s domain. This leadership role requires a seasoned qualified with a proven track record in revenue growth, strategic client acquisition, P&L; management, and CXO-level relationship management
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing business development teams

Key Responsibiliti es
- Develop and execute long-term business development and market expansion strategies.
- Drive national revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Own Business Development & Marketing P&L; and achieve annual revenue and margin targets.
- Build and manage relationships with Promoters,



CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors, and other senior stakeholders.
- Lead business acquisition for Credit Rating Advisory, Debt Advisory, Banking Facilitation, and related financial consulting services.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, Rating Agencies, Financial Institutions, Investment Bankers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and other ecosystem partners.
- Drive strategic account management, client retention, and portfolio growth.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior business development teams across multiple locations.
- Support the leadership team in corporate strategy, business transformation, expansion initiatives, and governance.

Required Qualificati onsBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.MB
