nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive our B2C sales across Pan India. The Associate Director – Sales will be responsible for leading regional teams, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage large-scale operations while ensuring consistent growth.

- Lead and manage B2C sales operations across Pan India.n
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.n
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.n
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective sales initiatives.n
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.n




- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.n
- Travel extensively across India as per business requirements.n

nRequirements:

- Minimum 14+ years of experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of revenue generation.n
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in handling large, diverse teams.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and deliver results under pressure.n
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pan India.n
- Based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Director – Sales.n
