nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head – Sales to lead luxury residential sales for a premium real estate developer in Mumbai. The role demands deep expertise in HNI/UHNI client management, strong market understanding of Delhi's luxury real estate landscape, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

- Lead and drive end-to-end sales for luxury residential projects in Mumbai.n
- Revenue Generation:n
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in topline revenue.n
- Client Relationship Management:n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.n
- Strategic Planning:n
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the luxury real estate segment.n
- Channel Management:n
- Strengthen broker and channel partner networks to enhance sales pipeline.n
- Market Intelligence:n




- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the luxury segment.n
- Team Leadership:n
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.n
- Brand Positioning:n
- Collaborate with marketing to position projects effectively among premium buyers.n

- Experience: 12–20 years in real estate sales, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects in New Delhin
- Mandatory: Proven experience in selling high-ticket luxury propertiesn
- Solid network of HNI/UHNI clients and brokers in Mumbain
- Demonstrated ability to close large-value dealsn
- Leadership experience managing sizeable sales teamsn
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsn
