nResponsibilities

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental incomen
- Identify and target potential tenants through market research and networking.n
- Conduct lease negotiations including terms and conditions and rent structures.n
- Maintain relationships with existing tenants and handle renewals, expansions or relocations.n
nCollaborate with marketing team to attract desirable brands and increase footfalls.

- Analyse retail trends and consumer behaviour to align leasing with market demand.n
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for lease documentation and compliance.n
- Track lease expirations, monitor vacancy levels and prepare regular leasing reports.n
- Ensure timely handover of retail units and manage fit out timelines with tenants.n
nQualifications and skills required.

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or equivalent experiencen
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail or mall leasingn
- strong network with retail brands and brokers.n
- Knowledge of lease laws, mall operations and tenant coordination.n
- excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skillsn
- Understanding of shopping mall dynamics and retail trends.n
