- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.n
- Communicating with customers through various channels.n
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.n
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.n
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.n
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.n
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.n
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.n
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.n
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.n




- Coordinate with the founders and managers with a weekly status of work.n

nOur Ideal Candidate should have:

- Excellent communication and presentation skillsn
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representativen
- Track record of over-achieving quotan
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listeningn
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practicesn
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersn
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyn
- A bachelor's degree in any relevant field.n
