nWe are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and act as the primary
npoint of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth onboarding
nexperience, maintain strong client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and
nretention.
nKey Responsibilities
n∙Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day
ncommunications.
n∙Ensure successful product adoption, and address their initial queries for customers
n∙Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions or escalate to the technical
nteam when required.
n∙Maintain and track client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
n∙Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
n∙Work closely with the sales and product teams to support customer requirements and
nidentify upsell opportunities.
nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n∙Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BE, or related fields preferred).




n∙0–1 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Support roles.
n∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n∙Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
n∙Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
