nJob Overview:
nWe are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Business Development Executive in the real estate sector, specifically in plots/land sales. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project sales in the Haryana region/Delhi (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak).
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
n2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plot sales
n3. Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
n4. Generate and oversee lead generation activities (digital, references, brokers, etc.)
n5. Handle high-value clients and close critical deals
n6.



Conduct site visits with clients and support team members when required
n7. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
n8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
n9. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead management
n10. Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure of deals
n11. Enrollment for Recent channel Partner's
nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
n1. Proven experience in real estate sales, especially in plots/land sales
n2. Strong leadership and team management skills
n3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
n4. In-depth knowledge of Haryana/Delhi real estate market (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak)
n5. Ability to handle pressure and achieve aggressive targets
n6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
nPreferred Candidate Profile:
n1. Candidates with prior experience in managing a real estate sales team
n2. Strong network of brokers
