nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage sourcing to achieve business targets.n
- Generate and manage leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing.n
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.n
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.n
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize lead-to-booking conversions.n
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.n
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.n

nRequirements:

- n
- 1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales.n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market.n
- Target-driven with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.n
