- Manage AP, AR, and bookkeeping activities.n
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.n
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.n
- Support W-2 and 1099 preparation.n
- Work on QuickBooks and Excel-based reporting.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.n
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience with a US CPA firm required.n
- Strong QuickBooks Online and MS Excel knowledge.n
- Experience in reconciliations and reporting.n
- WolfePak experience preferred.n
