nExpertise in QAD Enterprise Edition and/or QAD Adaptive required *
nExpertise in QAD base modules like Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials required *
nExperience of working on QAD implementation projects and/or designing solutions in QAD · Excellent documentation, communication and inter-personal skills ·
nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills ·
nShould be versatile and open to short travels ·
nShould Work from office only ·
nInteract with business customers for basic new requirements and issue analysis. ·
nRegularly monitor all logged issues.
nPlan and prioritize workload among team members. ·
nPerform root cause analysis on issues in a large production environment.
nAssist in the development of work processes to ensure the proper and successful use of the applications. ·
nWrite unit and system test plans/specifications and perform testing. ·
nInteract with project teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition to support after the deployment of new applications or new major versions and adhere to all stated company policies and processes. ·
nGood knowledge of PROGRESS 4 GL Version 10.x and above
nGood-to-Have ·
nExperience in customer interactions in requirement gathering ·
nKnowledge of any ERP application ·
nImplementation experience ·
nKnowledge of QAD add-on modules like AS, WMS, DSCP, eQMS, GTTE etc preferred ·
nKnowledge of QAD technologies such as Qxtend, QRF, EDI, Bank Drivers etc · QAD functional & technical certifications
