nWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Trainer (Customer Service Trainer) to join our team in Kochi
nLocation: 4th Floor, Arya Bhangy Pinncle, Sahodaran Ayyappan Rd, Elamkulam, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682020
nExperience: 1.5+ Years in BPO Training
nWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
nMandatory Language Requirements:
nMalayalam & English- Advanced (Fluent)
nKey Responsibilities:
n-On-boarding & Product Training: Train recent joiners on product knowledge, customer communication, and internal systems (including selling, soft skills, and objection handling).
n-Performance & Refresher Modules: Conduct call audits, identify training gaps across levels,
and deliver refresher training to boost floor productivity.
n-Feedback & Coaching: Provide timely, constructive feedback and counseling to trainees to help them meet performance standards.
n-Training Operations: Manage training schedules, set up training rooms, create engaging learning materials, and maintain meticulous performance scorecards and records.
n-Voice modulation correction.
