nWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Tele Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, register complaints, provide basic technical assistance, and coordinate with technical teams for timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and a customer-first approach.
nKey Responsibilities
nCustomer Support
n§ Attend inbound customer calls and respond to service-related inquiries.
n§ Register broadband, leased line, and cable TV complaints in the ticketing system.
n§ Provide basic troubleshooting support for internet and Wi-Fi issues.
n§ Follow up with customers regarding complaint status and resolution.
n§ Handle customer requests related to billing, payments, plan upgrades, and account information.
nComplaint Management
n§ Create and update support tickets accurately.
n§ Escalate unresolved issues to the Technical Support or NOC team.




n§ Ensure all customer interactions are documented properly.
n§ Maintain complaint closure records and customer feedback.
nCustomer Retention & Follow-Up
n§ Conduct outbound calls for payment reminders and service follow-ups.
n§ Assist in customer retention activities and service renewal reminders.
n§ Maintain qualified communication and customer satisfaction standards.
nCoordinate with:
n§ Technical Support Team
n§ Field Engineers
n§ Billing Department
n§ NOC Team
n§ Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.
nRequired Skills
nTechnical Knowledge
n§ Basic understanding of:
n§ Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity
n§ Broadband and FTTH services
n§ Routers and ONT devices
n§ Customer support processes
n§ Computer proficiency and ability to use CRM/Ticketing software.
nCommunication Skills
nGood verbal communication skills in:
n§ Tamil (Mandatory)
n§ English (Preferred)
n§ Malayalam (Mandatory)
