nEduguide is expanding our team and looking for an experienced Overseas Education Counselor to join our office in Vasai West. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and parents, guiding them through every step of their international education journey—with a specific focus on our core study destinations: the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Ireland, broader Europe, Japan, and South Korea.
nWhat You'll Do:
nGuide students and parents through the complete study abroad process, from initial consultation to pre-departure.
nShortlist appropriate universities based on student profiles and career goals across North America, Europe, and Asia.
nAssist with the full application process, including SOPs (Statement of Purpose), LORs (Letters of Recommendation), and CV preparation.




nSupport students through complex visa documentation and financial requirements tailored to specific country regulations.
nCoordinate effectively with international universities and admission partners.
nManage student pipelines, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular follow-ups.
nWhat We're Looking For
nExperience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in overseas education counselling.
nCountry Specialisation: Strong working knowledge of university admissions, educational systems, and visa processes for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, or other European destinations. (Hands-on experience with student visas for at least two of these regions is highly preferred).
nSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong documentation and organisational skills.
nEducation: Bachelor's degree required.
