nExperience - 6+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing a team

nMust-Have
n• 6+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing a team
n• Hands-on expertise with CleverTap journey builder, segmentation, A/B testing, analytics (not
njust campaign scheduling)
n• Demonstrated experience improving WhatsApp or email channel metrics (bring numbers to
ninterview)
n• Basic SQL ability to write queries to pull cohort/user data from a data warehouse
n• Strong analytical mindset:



you read dashboards to find problems, not just to report numbers
n• Experience building and documenting CRM SOPs and QA frameworks
n• Solid written communication: you can write sharp, contextual messaging, not just
ncopy-paste templates
nGood to Have
n• Experience with Metabase or any BI tool for dashboard creation
n• Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms
n• SendGrid or equivalent ESP experience for email domain management
n• Background in health, fitness, edtech, or consumer subscription businesses
n• WhatsApp Business API knowledge (template approval, quality ratings, conversation
ncategories)
