nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join the Sales team at Taj Lands End. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, proven expertise in driving revenue, managing key accounts, and developing business opportunities across corporate, travel trade, MICE, and other market segments.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.n
- Identify, acquire, and manage corporate, travel agency, MICE, and leisure business accounts.n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.n
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations.n
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.n
- Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing,



and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.n
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and revenue analysis.n
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.n
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.n

nEligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management/Hotel Management (Mandatory).n
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hotel sales, with experience in luxury or upscale hospitality preferred.n
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.n
- Solid network within corporate, MICE, travel trade, and hospitality sectors.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/Sales management tools.n
