nResponsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :
n● Own daily rider operations across assigned clusters to ensure high fulfilment and
ndelivery performance.
n●Track and improve key rider metrics such as attendance, on-time performance, delivery
nefficiency, productivity, and compliance.
n●Act as the first line of resolution for on-ground operational challenges and eliminate
nbottlenecks quickly.
n● Drive rider discipline, adherence to SOPs, and safety standards across shifts.
n●Lead and mentor Rider Leads and Delivery Executives, ensuring proper training,
nmotivation, and performance management.
n●Optimize routing, shift planning, and rider allocation using data-driven insights.
n●Collaborate with city operations and central teams to implement engagement initiatives
nand process improvements.
n●Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong execution standards and
nminimal service lapses.




n●Identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective
nactions to improve last-mile efficiency.
nAre you who we're searching for:
n●Qualification: Graduate
n●Experience: 3–4 years in last-mile operations, fleet/rider management, or
ne-commerce delivery.
n●Robust understanding of rider performance metrics and cluster-level operations
n●Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with dashboards and performance tracking
ntools
n●Strong people management and communication skills, especially with
nground-level teams
