This role is responsible for driving end-to-end service execution, ensuring machine uptime, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing field service team.

nKey Responsibilities
nService Operations

- Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), AMC visits, breakdown services, installations, and retrofit projects.n




- Optimize field engineer deployment and resource utilization.n
- Ensure timely job completion while meeting SLA and Turnaround Time (TAT) commitments.n
- Monitor machine uptime and drive continuous operational improvements.n

nTeam Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the After Sales Operations team.n
- Plan manpower allocation across multiple customer sites.n
- Drive team performance, productivity, and operational excellence.n

nSpares & Logistics

- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Commercial teams to ensure timely availability of spares.n
- Monitor spare parts planning and site-level consumption.n
- Support seamless execution of service operations.n

nCustomer Success

- n
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations.n
- Build solid customer relationships through responsive service delivery.n
- Ensure timely completion of service reports, handover documents, and operational documentation.
