nKey Responsibilities
n• Develop and manage comprehensive construction document (CD) sets using Autodesk Revit.
n• Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, structural, and consultant disciplines.
n• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA standards, and zoning requirements.
n• Translate design intent into practical, buildable construction solutions.
n• Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and international stakeholders.
n• Conduct quality reviews and implement revisions based on project feedback.
nQualifications
n• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
n• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing detailed construction documentation in Revit.
n• Strong understanding of U.S. construction methods, materials, and detailing practices.
n• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
nPreferred Qualifications
n• Knowledge of IBC and ADA requirements.
n• High attention to detail with a strong focus on constructability, accuracy, and graphic standards.
