Job DescriptionJob Summary
nWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and drive sales of Reproductive Genetics diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals. The role demands a strong understanding of genetic diagnostics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Promote and sell reproductive genetics tests (Prenatal & postnatal) to fertility specialists, gynecologists, Pediatrician and hospitals.
n• Identify, onboard, and nurture new business opportunities in assigned territory.
n• Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and training sessions for clinicians and lab partners.
n• Ensure timely sample collections, logistic coordination, and follow-up for reports and queries.
n• Maintain accurate sales data, customer records, and activity reports through CRM tools.




n• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the reproductive genetics division.
n• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and advancements in genetic diagnostics.
nCandidate Profile:
n• Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Genetics, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
n• Experience: 1 to 4 years in diagnostic sales, preferably in genetics, IVF, or womens health domain.
n• Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, scientific communication, territory management, and result orientation.
n• Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
