nWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective HR practices, maintaining accurate records, supporting people initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.n
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.n
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.n
- Manage offer rollouts and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.n
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.n
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation, contracts,



and HR records.n
- Ensure employee data is accurate, organized, and confidential.n
- Track probation, confirmations, employee lifecycle events, and HR documentation.n
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.n
- Support performance management processes, including review cycles and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).n
- Maintain HR trackers, recruitment reports, and key HR metrics.n
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and identify opportunities for process improvement.n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.n
- Streamline HR workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.n
- Support implementation and adoption of HR tools and systems.n
