nJob Summary
nWe are looking for a Social Media Account Manager who understands social media deeply—not just as a profession, but as an evolving digital ecosystem. The core of this role is ideation: spotting trends early, identifying their relevance to the brand, and turning them into reels or posts that can be effectively executed with the resources at hand. Equally key is accountability: you own the numbers on your accounts and are responsible for achieving the growth targets committed to the client each month.

- Ideate reel concepts weekly — hooks, formats, audio, treatment — and pitch them with a clear rationale for why they will workn
- Track trends daily and adapt relevant ones to brand context within the trend's shelf lifen
- Write scripts, captions and carousel copy in English and Tanglish/Tamil that read as spoken, not translatedn
- Build monthly content calendars and see them through to publishing on schedulen
- Prepare shot lists and coordinate shoots — talent, location, props, timelinesn
