Job Overview
Title: Area Sales Manager
Experience: 8+ years of experience in hospitality, ideally in the serviced office or real estate industry.
Offices Location: Pan-India (CorporatEdge Centres in Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai)
Job Location: Gurgaon/Delhi/Bangalore/Mumbai
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a related field/MBA or equivalent.

Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through new client
acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and execution of strategic sales initiatives across the
Bangalore region. This role demands a seasoned professional with a solid background in B2B sales,




preferably within the serviced office, hospitality, or real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into longterm business relationships.
• Drive sales cycles – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms in line with CE
standards.
• Build robust relationships with local brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners to
generate consistent leads.
• Promote and sell the full suite of CE’s product offerings – Office Spaces, Meeting Rooms,
Virtual Offices, and related services.
• Actively pursue opportunities for client expansions, renewals, and cross-selling to maximize
revenue streams.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM documentation, and company policies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in the market, representing CE with prof
