nWe are looking for a proactive LinkedIn Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can consistently identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, qualify potential clients, and book qualified meetings for our Business Development team.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Research and identify relevant B2B prospects on LinkedIn.n
- Identify business owners, founders, CEOs, marketing heads, and other decision-makers.n
- Build targeted prospect lists based on Esperance's Ideal Customer Profile.n
- Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages.n
- Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally.n




- Start conversations and understand the prospect's basic business requirement.n
- Qualify prospects based on business need, decision-making authority, potential budget, and intent.n
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development team.n
- Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up information in Zoho CRM.n
- Track outreach, responses, qualified leads, meetings booked, and meeting attendance.n
- Test and improve LinkedIn messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.n
- Coordinate with the BDM to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.n

nSkills Required:

- n
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, appointment setting, SDR, B2B sales, or outbound prospecting.n
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting.n
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn search and prospect research.n
- Ability to identify the right decision-makers.n
- Positive written English and professional commun
