Role Overview Lead finance setup, country transition and post go-live stabilization including RTR and P2P ownership. Key Responsibilities • Support finance setup and onboarding for new country operations • Deploy accounting and P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA • Manage initial month-end closure and operational stabilization • Support vendor onboarding and payment setup • Establish SOPs and control frameworks • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders • Track project milestones and transition readiness • Drive process standardization across countries • Prepare MIS and variance analysis reports Requirements • Solid understanding of accounting principles including debits and credits • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA • Strong analytical and problem-solving
