- Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation.n
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics.n
- Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present.n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis,



and process improvements.n
- Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.n
- Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance.n

- B.Tech/BE graduates (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields)n
- MBA degree holders (passed out in 2026) eager to grow into management rolesn
- Analytical thinkers with strong communication skills & adaptabilityn
