Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the department and the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) for all internship and placement activities.n
- Consolidate database of Companies offering Internship opportunities to students for their respective domains.n
- Communicate through CRC via emails, calls and visits to confirm virtual or ON campus Internship drives.n
- Coordinate with CRC to facilitate company visits, Internship drives, pre-placement talks, and recruitment schedules within the department.n
- Maintain and update records of student placement status, internship completions, and offer letters.n
- Ensure student readiness by conducting mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and soft skills orientation.n
- Communicate industry requirements and eligibility criteria to students and faculty through CRC in a timely manner.n
- Coordinate with faculty advisors to track and verify mandatory internship completion and documentation.n
- Assist students in identifying suitable internship opportunities aligned with their academic and career goals.n
- Prepare periodic reports on placement statistics, internship progress, and student engagement for departmental review.n

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and student tracking tools / ERP systems.n
- Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.n
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, industry partners, and institutional teams.n
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and meet placement cycle deadlines.n
- Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification:n
- Master Degree / Ph.D. from a recognized university.n
- Minimum One year of service , preferably with exposure to student placement or industry coordination activities.n
