nDesignation: Senior Process Associate

nExperience: 1 – 4 Years (Relevant OTC – Collections Experience Mandatory)
nWork Location : Chennai
nShift: US shift
nKey Responsibilities
nManage complex and high‐profile accounts using defined collection strategies
nOwn and control aged receivables as per SLAs and performance metrics
nImplement and remove service stops as per process guidelines
nReview UMCC and on‐account payments in line with ICMP standards
nIdentify potential write‐offs and support aged debt clearance
nDrive quarterly and monthly debt & cash target achievements
nExecute end‐to‐end dunning processes and handle legal escalations
nIdentify and support continuous process and system improvements
nCollaborate with administrators and team leads to close knowledge gaps
nLead and support current process implementations
nEnsure strict adherence to best‐in‐class collection standards.
nBackground & Qualifications




nMinimum 1 year of experience in OTC – Collections (Mandatory)
nFinance background preferred
n(B.Com / MBA – Finance will be an advantage)
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
nWillingness to work in night shifts
nProven track record of meeting targets and SLAs
nStrong working knowledge of MS Office
nCustomer‐focused mindset with strong negotiation skills
nAnalytical thinking and problem‐solving capability
nExposure to project methodology is a plus
