nResponsibilities
n Engage with prospective students and their families to recommend suitable educational programs and career options.
n Provide one-on-one counselling to help students make informed decisions about their academic and qualified future.
n Manage the complete student journey from first inquiry to admission and on boarding.
n Convert leads into enrolments through effective follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging.
n Handle walk-in inquiries at branch locations and maintain a high walk-in to enrolment conversion rate.
n Coordinate closely with branch staff and internal admission teams for smooth student on boarding.




n Monitor and manage fee structures in compliance with institutional guidelines.
n Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrolment targets.
nQualifications & Skills
n● MBA is a must.
n● Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
n● Empathetic, patient, and capable of connecting with students from diverse backgrounds.
n● Previous experience in counseling, advisory, or student support roles is an added advantage.
n● Proficient in basic computer applications and office productivity tools.
n● Calling experience is preferred.
