nCareer Function: Sales & Business Development – Food & Nutraceuticals (F&N;)
nLocation: Corporate Office, Hyderabad
n1. Overview:
nThe incumbent will drive profitable revenue growth through new customer acquisition, key account management, market development, and strategic business partnerships within the Food & Nutrition segment.
n2. Key Responsibilities:
n• Drive new business development and expand existing customer accounts.
n• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
n• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely conversions.
n• Manage key customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
n• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
n• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
n• Coordinate with R&D;, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
n• Represent Sigachi at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
n• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and CRM updates.




nQualifications & Experience:
n• Bachelor's/master's in food technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
n• MBA (Marketing) preferred.
n• 6–10 years of B2B Sales & Business Development experience in Food Ingredients, Nutraceuticals, Functional Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals, Food Additives, or allied industries.
n• Solid track record in customer acquisition and key account management
