nKey Responsibilities

- Perform data entry tasks, such as preparing lead lists, and organizing research notes, while maintaining data accuracy in Excel and CRM systems.n
- Gather and analyse industry trends, best practices, and other publicly available information to prepare insightful reports.n
- Coordinate team calendars, manage schedules,



and ensure clients are prepared and on time for meetings.n
- Handle email correspondence, including inbox organization, follow-ups, and notifying clients of important emails, based on their preferences and other ad-hoc tasks.n
- Arrange travel logistics, provide customer support, and conduct research to support various client projects.n
- Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and proactively address challenges.n
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal, demonstrating attention to detail and a willingness to learn current tools and processes.n
