- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions with US-based customers.n
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate resolutions to customer queries.n
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while adhering to quality standards.n
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction.n
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes.n
- Meet individual and team performance expectations,



including quality and productivity metrics.n
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.n
