nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
n1.Design Support

- n
- Deliver defined number of designs per seasonn
- Research on areas as guided for material, technique, silhouette, detail etc.n
- Assist in sourcing fabrics and trims from vendorsn
- Stay updated with fashion trends relevant to the brandn
- Actively participate in design discussions, reviews, and brainstorming sessionsn
n2.Sample Development

- n
- Assist in sketches, technical drawings,
and spec sheets for samplingn
- Renders of the final designsn
- Development of textures/embroideries and detailsn
- Support prototype development as per shortlisted silhouettesn
- Work closely with the pattern master to ensure prototypes meet design specifications and quality standardsn
- Refine samples based on feedback and testingn
- Assist in final sample development with required correctionsn
n3.Archiving & Documentation

- Ensure organized documentation of all design and sampling stagesn
- Seasonal archiving as per defined systemsn
n4.Meetings & Presentation

- n
- Prepare for internal/external meetings with design updatesn
- Assist in seasonal presentations for sales teamsn
n5.Collaboration & Communication
nWork closely with cross-functional teams (sampling, production, outside vendors etc)
