nPosition Summary
nThe Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for new business development for customers in India and other
nregions through selling the CIRCOR portfolio. This role will be primarily responsible for developing new business
nopportunities, securing design wins, and supporting sales and business development strategies. Duties include
nunderstanding and communication of market trends, demand forecasting, effective management of business capture
ntargeting, proposal generation, contract negotiation, and closure to contract award. Acquire, establish, and develop
nrelationships with prospective customers, on a specific geographic area, focusing on various product lines of Industrial
nValves. Drive business development actions and work closely with business partners in assigned markets to expand the
ncustomer base and achieve business growth with defined margins.



This position will report to Head Sales, Industrial Valves
nin India and focus on growing our industrial valves business primarily for India region, and also in Middle East and Southeast
nAsia.
nPrincipal Activities
n• Understand CIRCOR' s products and develop product/marketing strategies to fuel CIRCOR' s growth in the Indian
nmarket.
n• Work closely with Global Leaders and Business Unit Sales and Application Engineering teams on the growth strategies
nand action plans (including brand and pricing strategies).
n• Build market intelligence for CIRCOR' s products in India.
n• Develop and implement robust processes to effectively manage the business development function, ensuring they
ncontinuously evolve to meet changing business needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation
nand efficiency within the team.
n• Stay close to customers and build robust relation
