About the Role We are looking for a Accountant with 2-5 years of experience to strengthen our finance, accounting, compliance, taxation, MIS, and financial-control functions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants to work closely with founders and business teams in a quick-growing QSR environment. Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage monthly and annual books closure across outlets and business entities ✅ Review accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, expenses, receivables, and payables ✅ Ensure timely GST, TDS, income-tax,



and other statutory compliances ✅ Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities ✅ Prepare monthly MIS, outlet-wise profitability, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards ✅ Monitor food cost, outlet expenses, gross margins, contribution margins, and operational variances ✅ Strengthen internal controls for purchases, inventory, cash, billing, refunds, discounts, and vendor payments ✅ Conduct outlet-level financial reviews and identify revenue leakage or cost-control opportunities ✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, fundraising due diligence, and financial modelling ✅ Review vendor agreements, payment terms, taxation implications, and commercial documentation ✅ Support implementation and improvement of accounting, POS, inventory, and ERP systems ✅ Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness across all outlets ✅ Assist the leadership team in evaluating new outlets, cities, formats, and expansion opportuniti
