nThis is an prospect to become the creative force behind our marketing output. You will lead a talented team of writers and designers, transforming ideas, insights, and AI-assisted workflows into original, persuasive, conversion-focused marketing that drives real business results.
nYou will bring the strategic thinking of a marketer, the instincts of a creative director, and the editorial eye needed to raise the quality bar across everything we produce.
nYour Mission:

- Own the creative vision, quality standards, and marketing effectiveness of content, design, and campaign deliverables across Wisevu, Homevu.com, and CharityMarketing.com.n
- Lead the creative direction for websites, landing pages, paid advertising, social media, and other digital marketing assets.n




- Guide writers and designers to create original, audience-focused, conversion-driven marketing.n
- Strengthen messaging, offers, headlines, campaign concepts, and brand positioning to maximize marketing impact.n
- Build creative standards and review processes that improve quality, consistency, and team performance.n
- Mentor the creative team and champion the effective use of AI to enhance—not replace—human expertise.n
- Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Strategy, and Project Management teams to achieve measurable business results.n

nWhat Makes You a Great Fit:

- You have C1-level (Advanced) English proficiency.n
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, Brand Management, Journalism, or a related field.n
- Experience working in digital marketing, advertising, or SEO agencies;n
