nAs an Interior Design Lead, you will drive design excellence while managing a team of designers and multiple residential interior projects. You will ensure high-quality design delivery, seamless customer experience, and strong execution aligned with Livspace standards.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 6–10 Interior Designersn
- Oversee 12–15 projects month-on-month from concept to handovern
- Conduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvalsn
- Ensure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelinesn
- Handle client interactions, presentations, and escalationsn
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless deliveryn
- Conduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspectsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- 5–8+ years of experience in residential interior designn
- Proven experience in team handling and project managementn
- Strong expertise in modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions)n
- Excellent communication and client-facing skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environmentn
