nAs a Director - Programmatic, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, driving campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities. You will lead a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions

nResponsibilities

- Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorshipn
- Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growthn
- Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updatesn
- Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directorsn
- Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional resultsn
- Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendationsn
- Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign executionsn




- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategiesn
- Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of qualityn
- Experience on Media Planning and Programmatic deals is mustn

- 9 to 12 years of experience in programmatic campaign managementn
- Proven experience managing and leading a teamn
- Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPsn
- Strong experience with MMPs and analytics toolsn
- Excellent client management and communication skillsn
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plansn
