nMajor Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.n
- Interpret clients' business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.n
- Obtain approval of the concept by submitting rough layouts for approval.n
- Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by researching information and analyzing the data.n
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.n
- Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.n
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managersn
- Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.n
- Being a part of all client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.n
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.n




- Collaborate with a team of printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.n
- Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.n
- Stay aware of current trends in visual arts.n
- Creating KVs, understanding font styles, elements etc.n
- Need to be aware of the use of emerging AI technologies such as MIdjourney, FireFly etc.n
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and guide the junior visualizers.n

nSkills Required:

- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.n
- Excellent design and artistic abilities.n
- Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be a outstanding add-on.n
- Great time management skills.n
- Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.n
