- Provide end-to-end support, issue resolution, and system optimization.n
- Configure solutions aligned with recruitment and onboarding best practices.n
- Conduct user training sessions and create process documentation.n
- Lead change management and digital transformation initiatives.n
- Support upgrade projects, project planning, and feature demonstrations.n
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure seamless process integration.n

nRequired Skills

- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification mandatory.n




- Strong experience in Recruitment & Onboarding (RCM/ONB) modules.n
- Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, and stakeholder management.n
- Knowledge of change management and user adoption activities.n
- Experience in project upgrades, testing, and release management.n
- Minimum 1 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation or 2 support engagements.n
- Ability to provide best-practice guidance and configure solutions to meet business needs.n
