nJob Description:
nLead the organisation's Finance, Governance & Legal function, serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board while ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, and solid governance frameworks.

- Provide strategic financial leadership, long-term financial planning, budgeting, and Board-level financial insights.n

- Oversee financial management, accounting operations, payroll, statutory deductions, internal controls, and Tally-based financial systems.n

- n
- Lead donor financial reporting, fund utilisation tracking, grant compliance, and financial modelling for fundraising initiatives.n

n
- n
- Ensure compliance with FCRA, FEMA, Companies Act (Section 8), Income Tax (12A/80G), CSR regulations, and other statutory requirements.n

- Manage governance processes, Board documentation, legal matters, compliance calendars, and policy reviewsn

n
- n
- Lead statutory and internal audits while maintaining relationships with auditors, bankers, government authorities,



and legal advisors.n
- Build and mentor a high-performing Finance & Accounts team while strengthening systems, controls, and digital finance processes.n

- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks to support organisational growth and sustainability.n

- Support high-value contracts, MoUs, tender negotiations, and strategic organisational decision-making.n
