nCompensation & Budget

- n
- SME: Up to ₹10.0 LPAn
- SPE: Up to ₹6.5 LPAn
- Offered Hike: Standard 30% – 40% on last drawn fixed CTCn
nMandatory Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)
nHands-on experience in OTC Brokerage Reconciliation
nProven expertise in Manual Brokerage Calculation
nStrong domain knowledge of OTC derivative products: FX, Options, IRS, CCS, Repos, FXO, PM, PMO
nProficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Word
nExceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills
nKey Responsibilities

- Daily Reconciliation:
Manage trade reconciliations and calculate brokerage accurately.n
- Exception Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies within agreed SLAs.n
- Broker Relationship: Handle broker queries, settle outstanding balances, and drive zero-escalation targets.n
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain EOD checklists, generate accuracy reports, and participate in client review meetings.n
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose workflow enhancements, and assist team leads with ad-hoc reporting.n
