nReporting To: Business Head for a Larger platform of 3 businesses in which Post sales is one business.

nThe business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for a senior leader who can drive aggressive client acquisition, strategic partnerships and revenue expansion across India.
nRole Purpose
nThe primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth, acquire new developer relationships and build a strong pipeline of outsourcing opportunities for ANAROCK Post Sales.
nThis is a growth-focused leadership role. Day-to-day delivery operations,



mandate execution and project management are handled by established operational teams. The successful candidate will focus predominantly on revenue generation, account acquisition, market expansion and strategic client relationships.
nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Development & Revenue Growth
n• Own annual revenue and growth targets for the Post Sales business.
n• Acquire new developer accounts across residential, commercial, plotted development and mixed-use projects.
n• Develop and execute a national business development strategy.
n• Create and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across key markets including Mumbai, Pune, NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and emerging cities.
n• Generate large outsourcing mandates covering collections, customer experience, CRM operations and lifecycle management.
n• Build relationships with promoters, CEOs, sales heads, CRM heads and business leaders a
