Experience 8–12 Years Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Proficiency in relevant architectural design and coordination software. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine architectural design concepts for large-scale residential projects. Support the Team Lead in preparing concept design options and incorporating management feedback. Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Landscape, Interior and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Manage and mentor associate architects while ensuring timely delivery of presentation,
approval and Positive for Construction (GFC) drawings. Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress, resolve design-related issues and ensure design intent is maintained. Drive the adoption of new design technologies and promote continuous learning within the team. Regulatory Approvals & Liaison Coordinate with liaison consultants, architects and statutory authorities to obtain required project approvals. Represent the organization before regulatory authorities, including MOEF/SEAC, for statutory clearances. Review and validate sanction drawings before submission. Technical Review & Documentation Review area statements, sale drawings and agreement drawings with reference to approved plans. Review and approve GFC drawings across all disciplines, including: Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing (PHE), Fire Fighting & Fire Protection, HVAC, Landscape, Interiors, Vendor Drawings Ensure timel
