nSharpAtoms is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business.
nYou'll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs, bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.
nThis role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCsn
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing networkn
- Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closuren
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managersn
- Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilledn
- Grow accounts and drive repeat businessn
- Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularlyn

- Turn conversations into signed agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding)n
- Start getting requirements from clients early onn

nWhat We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing business developmentn
- Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCsn
- Strong communication and relationship-building skillsn
- Ability to manage the sales cycle independentlyn
- Self-driven and comfortable working with targetsn

- Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers, or GCC stakeholdersn
- Experience in client acquisition and closuresn
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.n
